Caffeine Update

Well... during my trip to Ontario... I fell off the wagon but as soon as I got home I was back on the wagon. Down another 5 lbs. The number I used to weight is now to the far right of the dial when I look down... I can't wait for it to disappear completely. I'm now 30ish lbs from my ultimate goal. 15lbs gone in total so far... 1/3 of the way there.

You're an inspiration. Really. I'm definitely going to have to give this a go. How did you work yourself off the caffiene? Do you drink green tea or anything like that?

I started by substituting a cup of coffee with decaf.... then I widdled it down to one cup of caffeinated. Then I did 1/2 caffeinated and 1/2 decaf, then a 1/4 and then totally gone. I'm being really careful not to fall for the "hidden" caffeine in ice tea and cola. I haven't changed my eating pattern much at all... although the more I lose the more I want to lose... so now I'm thinking about renewing my gym membership.

HOLY CRAP! I really need to try this, however just thinking about giving up coffee gives me the shakes!

Wow...I may have to think about this! I would love to be able to open the box labeled "Shauna's skinny clothes" again!
